self evaluation

I used critical thinking in my project by applying my it to the way I recieved my knowledge, and i got a deeper meaning of what customer service means. My capston project actually helped my communication skills. I collaberaated with my mentor to get my hours down and my creativity wrote my speech. What i gained from the project was inner peace, also a better knowledge of how to interact with people and i actually understood customer service. A challenge was the hours but i actually just got them over with in three days.

today i want to a local retail store to observe more interactions from 4 pm- 7pm. I viewed multiple examples but nothing new. i have become no stranger to these customer service interactions .

I put in 5 hours today from 8am-1 pm. I went to a local store to observe representatives helping customers and i realized that good customer service is not just about doing good for the company. It is also morally the rite thing to do. With the way humanity is headed towards its hard to find positivity but, it is the rite thing to do. Everything is made up of energy and obviosly positive energy will always overcome negative energy, so een in the hardest of times you can still find people doing good for eachother out of the kindness of their heart, because thats the only way we should live, is too show unconditional love towards everything, because if i learned anything from this project is that the key to life is being a good person. It obviously goes deeper than jus customer service.

5/4/13 8 hours

Today i put in 8 hours from 6 am -2 pm. I went to a facility up in Modesto and met with important managers that are incharge of a regional large business. I saw and experienced the different ends of a company from refurbishing equipment to loading t up to trucks to have it shipped and ready to stock up on shelves. Ultimatle i realized this all would be for nothing if it weren't for one thing, and that is the customer. Everything revolves around a happy customer. And how do we obtain a happy customer? The answer is good customer service.

Today i put in 4 hours from 8:30-12:30 i went to two warehouses both located in san francisco. were i saw equipment ready to be shipped to a location in tracy Ca to be refurbished and tested then, to besent to the customers house ready to go and be put into use. I met with people that are behind the scenes at these warehouses. I learned that these need to be positive environments because this is were the foundations are built to get all this technology to the customers. So if you start with a positive foundation ultimatley you will have a positive outcome towards the customer's end of things.

Today i put in 3 hours from 8:30 am to 11:30 at a telecomunication store.
I studied the behavior between store reps and customers. Customer service at the store was all together good for the most part, almost every customer lesft satisfied. I took note of a specific customer that was not happy with the services provided to him by the company. The man wanted to return a product, but was disapointed because was given bad instructions to do so. there was one more customer that was unhappy, he was instructed to do unessecary things over the phone, so was unhappy but ultimatley was taken care of. Overall customer service was good at the store

Reality

             What is love. Is love a simple emotion? Or is it more complex than that? Who is to say love not real. No, its not a scientific thing but it is an emotion that people claim to feel and it is a connection that is built. When two people love eachother it is like they are lost and care fore eacother.
               What if love is a lie. I say love is just something that has to do with dna chromosomes were people's brains play tricks on themselves to were they are attatched to the thing or person they love. Love is just something people make themselves believe that they are in. Reality when two people say they love eachother they hurt themselves by sticking together, because we as human beings are a species jus like any other animal. People were made to procreate, not to stick with the same partner for ever.
                Love can also be a one way street, I know this all from experience. I personally have never experienced love or felt love towards a partner. I have had a girl love me, but it was whatever to me. I feel like there are two different types of love. Like you can love somebody and you can have love for somebody, such as Michelle Obama loves Barack Obama and I love my family, there are two different types of love.
               It is sad when you see two people that are supposedly in love and stay together and get married and have kids, that is how people get tired of life quick. I feel like life is a journey and love like that will only slow you down. It will ruin your experience of life. But then that is just my opinion. Who am i to tell someone they can't marry their highschool sweetheart. I just know im not going to go out like that.
               When two people love eachother it is like they are lost and care for eachother. I conclude that love is just an emotion that is somewhat made up to a certain extent. For some people it could be real i just doubt it. Whatever makes people happy, because since the begining of time people have been falling in love.

project hours 3/14/13

2 hours completed
I met with my mentor twice. We discussed customer service, such as what makes good customer service, and what makes bad customer service. How to deal with a customer that doesn't cooperate. We did some research on case studies of differant scenarios that are possible in customer service.
I have two hours in total. I will put in more hours later.
