4/6/13

Today i put in 3 hours from 8:30 am to 11:30 at a telecomunication store.
I studied the behavior between store reps and customers. Customer service at the store was all together good for the most part, almost every customer lesft satisfied. I took note of a specific customer that was not happy with the services provided to him by the company. The man wanted to return a product, but was disapointed because was given bad instructions to do so. there was one more customer that was unhappy, he was instructed to do unessecary things over the phone, so was unhappy but ultimatley was taken care of. Overall customer service was good at the store
