self evaluation
I used critical thinking in my project by applying my it to the way I recieved my knowledge, and i got a deeper meaning of what customer service means. My capston project actually helped my communication skills. I collaberaated with my mentor to get my hours down and my creativity wrote my speech. What i gained from the project was inner peace, also a better knowledge of how to interact with people and i actually understood customer service. A challenge was the hours but i actually just got them over with in three days.

today i want to a local retail store to observe more interactions from 4 pm- 7pm. I viewed multiple examples but nothing new. i have become no stranger to these customer service interactions .

5/5/13 5 hours
I put in 5 hours today from 8am-1 pm. I went to a local store to observe representatives helping customers and i realized that good customer service is not just about doing good for the company. It is also morally the rite thing to do. With the way humanity is headed towards its hard to find positivity but, it is the rite thing to do. Everything is made up of energy and obviosly positive energy will always overcome negative energy, so een in the hardest of times you can still find people doing good for eachother out of the kindness of their heart, because thats the only way we should live, is too show unconditional love towards everything, because if i learned anything from this project is that the key to life is being a good person. It obviously goes deeper than jus customer service.

Today i put in 8 hours from 6 am -2 pm. I went to a facility up in Modesto and met with important managers that are incharge of a regional large business. I saw and experienced the different ends of a company from refurbishing equipment to loading t up to trucks to have it shipped and ready to stock up on shelves. Ultimatle i realized this all would be for nothing if it weren't for one thing, and that is the customer. Everything revolves around a happy customer. And how do we obtain a happy customer? The answer is good customer service.
