Today i put in 4 hours from 8:30-12:30 i went to two warehouses both located in san francisco. were i saw equipment ready to be shipped to a location in tracy Ca to be refurbished and tested then, to besent to the customers house ready to go and be put into use. I met with people that are behind the scenes at these warehouses. I learned that these need to be positive environments because this is were the foundations are built to get all this technology to the customers. So if you start with a positive foundation ultimatley you will have a positive outcome towards the customer's end of things.

Today i put in 3 hours from 8:30 am to 11:30 at a telecomunication store.
I studied the behavior between store reps and customers. Customer service at the store was all together good for the most part, almost every customer lesft satisfied. I took note of a specific customer that was not happy with the services provided to him by the company. The man wanted to return a product, but was disapointed because was given bad instructions to do so. there was one more customer that was unhappy, he was instructed to do unessecary things over the phone, so was unhappy but ultimatley was taken care of. Overall customer service was good at the store
